Helyne Joseph Biography

Born in Antigua, Helyne Joseph spent her formative years in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. Upon graduation as Materials Science Engineer, she moved to California, San Diego and is currently working within the Biotech industry. The Caribbean native founded Empowerment Through Golf that provides exposure to women of diverse backgrounds to life-elevating opportunities in the fields of STEAM and golf. Having reached professional status in 2016 with Symetra Tour – known as the Road to the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) – Helyne utilizes golf as platform to raise awareness on Human Rights issues.
