Hosts Rekaya Gibson and Angela Spears share their thoughts about the BreakThrough Summit, a digital leadership summit designed to develop and celebrate women in sports. They discuss the 2020-2021 Women in College Coaching Report Card that was presented during the Breakout Session: Women Coach Data. The dataset included all head coaches of women’s teams (N = 3617) at 357 institutions of higher education in the United States that were current members of 32 NCAA Division–I conferences. Gibson and Spears highlight statistics on women coaches of color. They also have a conversation about what can be done to increase the overall number of women college coaches. #KeepItSporty
